Keep on moving in Faith (2)
Morning dawned and with it came a newness of life for me. I woke up drenched in a beautiful melody streaming from my 'disney-like' animated dream. With a charming smile, wide- eyed innocence, can- do attitude...positive attitude of mickey mouse, I hopped out of bed!
The reverberation in the room could crack my Easter eggsππ¦Έπ₯³π₯³π₯³
...I thank God my mind recorded a significant part of the heavenly lyrics...
Just like an Amazon Parrot perks all up at the sound of its favourite music singing, gleefully my mouth and my heart were singing together with perfect synchrony... "with your head lifted up and a smile on your face, your heart light up keep on moving keep on moving in Faith.."
Good Lord! I just received a divine gift of a new song timely for the season (waiting to be cooked in the studio π€Έππ), much more this inspiration has also translated into my recent posts entitled; Keep on moving in Faith.
Convincingly, I have stepped out into the faith life with Jesus...into the adventurous path of God's purpose for my life this season. Since childhood, I have always had a curious sensation about missions. Now, in hindsight I understand clearly why I was divinely instructed and graciously helped to study Sociology (MSc) shortly after my first degree in Geography at the prestigious University of Lagos. Now I see God's predetermined purpose playing out...22 months ago, divine providence orchestrated the relocation of my family from Lagos to Sagamu.
I reminisce about the profound preparatory dealings I experienced over twenty five years in Lagos, also quite nostalgic for it... thinking about the awesome divine connections I gained π€ but I consider that it was a necessary ploughing season of my life, a perfect training fit for setting me on the disruptive path of planting my ministry (ably supported by my precious husband, Adewale π), Olive Global Ministries, in Sagamu, Ogun State.
Pretty much, I can't stop loving my spiritual family in Lagos at He Cares Gospel church, I'm ever grateful to God for the exemplary godly leadership of Pastor Dapo Adeniyi and the faithful brethren in the ministry. Akin to these transformative believers are my awesome friends, Bobby and Gloria Udoh at At The Masters' Feet Ministry (ATMF), I'm short of words to appreciate everyone...You all inspire me worshipfully! ( if there's such a word π€© ).
Destiny happened 21 months after staying in Sagamu, my husband and I were both divinely connected with an amazing minister of God, well groomed, quintessential gentleman in his eighties π who has a large heart for missions.
Needless to say, that we were superbly magnetized..so inspired...glad to meet such an exquisite firebrand of God here. We were astonished at the manner he gladly accepted us and embraced our Mindscope Youth Connect initiative making a room for us in his ministry @Kings Apostolic Gospel Mission, Sagamu.
He has a wonderfully benign manner of expressing things, and he is very polished in dealing with things. An uncommon servant of God, an agile worker in God's vineyard who loves being anonymous ( I had to persuade him to allow me post his photo hereπ).
At 81, he unreservedly loves God and heavily invests into building people's lives, children and adults alike. A large hearted father not just to his biological children but to many adopted children home and abroad.
" Would you believe that daddy Tim and I cleaned up this entire big space some weeks ago..."a reliable source disclosed to me while we were cleaning up the church a few days back. I couldn't help but 'parrot' to my husband. Of course that motivated me to passionately go megameter (more than a mile) cleaning God's temple π. What a privilege!
Iron sharpens iron just as faith sharpens faith!
Anytime I'm interacting with daddy Tim, I observe he is a great listener. I sense he is snuggled up close with God...his brilliant aura accentuates his golden words revealing a genuine sense of God's heartbeat.
What more can I say? Thank you daddy for directly showing me that it's possible to be blessed in all things and still remain humble, filled with an undying love for God and people, bearing precious fruits till Jesus comes. Thank you for setting your face like a flint to do God's work God's way!
Unequivocally, he portrays the attitude Jesus displayed in order to fulfill His purpose on earth. Easter season reiterates the Victory of all victories, the glorious surprise from God, the Father of spirits Who so loved...(loves and values us ) and decided to redeem us from the grave cost of sin with the purchasing power of the blood of His heartbeat, His son. Father, you are Wonderful!!!
Falling in love, Jesus came to earth and refused to be distracted by the glories of this world and the people there in, for He knew man, rather he made up His mind to pay the price daily leaning on the Holy Spirit.. setting his face like a flint to do His father's will.
Amplified Bible: 2 Corinthians 5: 21
He made Christ who knew no sin to [judicially] be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God [that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness].
I can't help but shout...singing " Hallelujah, praise the One who set me free. Hallelujah, death has lost its grip on me....πππππ
I adore you precious Holy Spirit for your perfect work of resurrection that sealed the promise. Now, the grave has been denied (on my behalf ππ)
Big hugsπ€ to Jesus, the Resurrection and the Life who destroyed the works of the devil and has given us (as many as who believe in Him) Life abundantly !!!
My faith is alive because Jesus lives in me! He is the Initiator and 'Finitiator" of living faith and has perfectly modelled to us the humble beginnings, contradictory middle and glorious ending (outcomes) of faith to us.
Noteworthy to say that Faith is not the end itself but the means (the Way) to the purpose of God. It is the pathway to the best of God and it's only for the saved soul. Faith is personal...For the just shall live by faith!
" You can't be who you are if you don't know who you are in Christ".. Myles Munroe.
In Christ you are unstoppable! You are filled with the power of God in your soul and that is simply Faith!
Faith is active and moves even things that cannot be moved!
